According to the legal regulations, you have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after receipt of the Elite Fascia Roller. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a written communication explaining your withdrawal. You can use our cancellation form that was attached to you when you placed your order, or you can send us an email.

After we have received your revocation, you have another 14 days to return the Elite foam roller to us. Please note that the return shipping costs will be borne by you. We recommend that you send the return insured and tracked to ensure that the goods reach us undamaged.

In order for us to be able to process your return quickly and smoothly, we ask that you return the Elite foam roller in its original condition. Please ensure that the reel shows no signs of wear and is returned in the original packaging including all accessories.

Once we have received and inspected the returned Elite foam roller, we will refund the purchase price including shipping costs. Refunds are usually made using the same payment method you used to make the purchase, within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Please note that for reasons of hygiene we cannot accept returns of foam rolls that are obviously used or damaged.
